Try Buzzs Boatyard http://www.buzzboats.com/poppop.htm
I notice that some have a coil of tubing to be the boiler and some boats had a chamber with a bimetallic lid that flexes as it is steamed. The Pop Pop boiler is available separately too, I see them on Ebay frequently. I assume though that if one had trouble fonding a replacement boiler, that a newer Pop Pop could be cannibalized for one. _________________ Your life is an occasion...Rise to it |

Both Titanics, (for Andrew) and the Cruise Boat.
Should be fun. The Jacuzzi looks about the right size for these. _________________ Richard

Wonder how long it takes Buzz to ship one out, I suspect that I should be getting mine soon. _________________ Your life is an occasion...Rise to it |

I just read this old post, interesting.
Here's a tip to prevent rusting of the boiler;
Due to the nature of these boats, the tin boiler can rust out if left unused for a while..
To prevent rusting, spray some WD40 into one steam tube until it exits the other tube.
The boat can now be kept in storage forever. _________________ 'Collecting is like eating Peanuts,
