Well, I have always thought that espresso makers are very close relatives of steam engines.....boilers, pressure gauges, burned fingers.....
I see you take your coffee seriously Greg - have you been to Italy? If not, I'll bring you back something tasty this summer. _________________ Englyn a thelyn a thân - ac afal

Ahh yes, I love it there. Thank you for the offer..
I am spoiled beyond reason. Like most of my "hobby" interests - I get into the deep end of the pool... I roast my own green coffee beans- nothing goes in those old espresso machines that is older roast than 3-7 days...
I did a small visit to Scotland... I love Single malt.. so ebay yielded me a still.. been making my own single malt for 5 years now..... heavy peat smoked .. not quite Ardbeg but more Laphroaig... it makes cold damp winters a thing to look forward to.. _________________ regards,

MMMM Single Malt
I usually go in over the deep end when I get involved in a hobby. However I have a feeling that this one will be a long term hobby.
I do not know if this makes sense or not, but it isnt worth it if one has to mess withe the minimum and the worse stuff, One nice Steam Engine is better than a Dozen junkers _________________ Your life is an occasion...Rise to it |
