i have 2 older te1as and an sr1a the chimnies are slightly loose is this normal as they get older cheers

It's not normal but is possible. I think they were originally a pressed fit, so if they have been knocked about over time they could come loose

Yes, a similar thing has happened on several of mine, just use Loctite, or a similar glue that can be undone,  to reset them.  Don't use Super Glue or any other permant glue as you might have need to undo them one day.
