I have considered this, but thought to be too dangerous.

UNTIL mythbusters used 2 water heaters as a boiler for a steam machine gun

Could come in handy for running alot of engines, Or one really big one.

Just have to watch the water level.

I watched that Mythbusters episode a couple of nites ago...it was pretty awesome to see the steam power a gattling gun of sorts...proved it could have been done in US civil war era.

I bet that the Civil war guys could have made one that worked better than that one shown in the YouTube too.

I imagine they would too. No little impact wrenches as steam motors. Just a big slide valve engine.
