Yes & John is right, it's an old French rail magazine, now with a net presence: http://en.webvdr.com/
Doesn't help a lot in identifying the model but possibly something they offered at some point, as they still sell model kits? |

| That is small! I don't know if you've seen the Rocket that AS LOC used to make in the late 80's but it's a twin with a gas tender which i think could be smaller, they appear occasionally on eBay.de. The loco isn't my thing so i let the last one pass but got hold of the LOC power plant which was offered by the same seller at the same time. |
