For Sale,

Mamod SP2 overtype steam engine. Owned by me for around eight years, came from the local secondhand shop! Like all my engines its been steamed a lot in the past but sat around for a few years as life, college, work etc got in the way but is in very good running order. Used to run my two Wilesco workshop models ok. The paintwork is patchy and theres some rust coming through the chrome. Complete with solid fuel burner.

Make me a offer or I'll swop for a Mamod traction or roller of any age or condition, in need of repairs or incomplete etc, or a Mamod traction trailer.

I also have a SE1 which MM dated as around 1958/1959, with it's vapourising burner. All there, runs lovely. Has been repainted at some stage but nicely done. Again, open to offers or ideally a swop for a mobile of some description.

Thanks
Scruff

Scruffy,
I am interested in your SP2. I have an Mamod Water Cart I would be willing to trade it for. But I also have a Minor 1 I would be willing to trade, but Joiner has expressed an interest in it, but hasnt replied saying whether he wants it or not I am actually selling the cart, and will be in Worthing tomorrow having my brace reglued

Thanks MTA, but I'd really like a four wheeled trailer or a traction/roller to do up. I have a Mamod and wilesco water cart already.
