Apologies to older members who have seen it all before but a long hot summer & fact I'm presently in UK living out of a suitcase mean I haven't had time to do anything new
(Am also working with a very slow laptop )
Thus I offer my very humble shelf & a small symphony in steam

Overtype ouverture

Featuring a Bing overtype with replacement base & a small Doll

Mersey Mazurka
Mersey 51

Interlude......

Featuring Hero steam turbine - a LIONEL toy from Famous Inventors series.

Background chorus courtesy of Provencal Cigales

Exhaust to chimney trio
Featuring from left to right - Bowman 158; Mersey 51; Latimer Plane L5

Solo in SEL Major
1550 adagio

And now to bed.......See you all tomorrow

Alicia, you need make no apologies...that is a gorgeous collection and you are head and shoulders above the rest of us in terms of posing your engines against lovely backgrounds.  I too love that little Mersey, it is a charmer for sure.

thanks for sharing,
Roger

Thanks for the kind comments so far & apologies for being so late in on day 2 due to other commitments & not a few computer problems   .

However, a surprise steam up has provided 2 guest appearances on my little shelf

My brother's hitherto unknown upright, since identified as a probable Australian Weldon by Tony (tmuir).

And a Marklin upright:

Interlude.......

Performed by Gakken LTD Stirling ( & that pesky background chorus again ):

And returning to the main theme, a gentle Luton lullaby

Luton Bowman PW203

A Fleischmann finale
performed by the very machine that started it all some 21 months ago

And a brief, steamy encore........

Thank you for watching.....
