Joys of a 'spare parts' box. I seem to keep lots of things, just in case. The piston seem to be a good fit (I'll test at the weekend) and moves fairly freely. _________________ Manx, the mobile man |

Here's the finished engine ready to fire at the weekend.
In the end I've gone for a couple of 'standard' Wells wheels on the front. I think they look alright and they should look ok until (if ever) I can find another wheel to match the original set.
Not a bad engine for £13.00

Thanks for the comments. I quite like it but I think it will end up as, just part of the collection.
My next purchase is going to be another old engine and I think that will be rather special. _________________ Manx, the mobile man |
