I was this year on a bigger toy and modelbuilder's show in a bigger town nearby.
It only takes place once a year.
Mainly it is only plastic train stuff ( ) and very few homebuilt engines (gas and steam), steamboats, trucks and RC-stuff.
This year there was just one table with steam toys.
Mine
Well actually it was not mine, I had a table with two other guys.
They had a big pre-war train set, and plenty of space left in the midle of the table.
This gap was filled with my engines
Here are some pictures.
I think I will also go there 2010, but will try to make my very own table.
(Those two guys don't like toys made after WW2...what idiots!)
And a bit of fun (for those who can read German)
This is where i parked my car:

PS. did you spot the Mamod?
It was like a symbol for me, saying "I'm not pre-war, but here I stand"

Thanks for the pictures. I must say I did like that train station they had but as for not likely post war toys.
Australian toy heyday was from immediately after the war to the late 50s early 60s as all these local companies started up to fill the void that was there as very few toys were imported then. _________________ http://www.freewebs.com/ozsteam/index.htm

Well done Mirko.
Good to see you "showing the flag" there.
I am in Barkelsby (near Eckernförde) two or three times a year visiting friends there. Maybe I can visit that fair next year.
