Very cool Jim, of course you realize that anyone elses D20 would drown out the chuff sound ( you got that one sounding like an electric Razor )

HAhaha....

One day I'm going to ball bearing one...I found some flanged bearings that were 3mm ID and like 6-8 OD...

Maybe do a Mamod first as the axle bracket would drill out and hold a bearing with a flange perfectly.
