Who is to say your packet was definitely held up by the Royal Mail, to be honest it could have been held up anywhere along its journey to you.

For sure Les, I have no idea where it is, and for the value, I'll wait and see if it turns up. The postage was more than the value of the goods, unfortunately you don't get many Hofner spares dealers in Australia---

This could go for Roger's parcel as well, I once had to wait 8 weeks for a parcel from Canada to the UK.

Unfortunately Stewmac don't do any Hofner specific stuff, I have bought non specific stuff from them though---
