I still cant beleave no one was killed in that accident the train derailed quiet badly.

Thats a great set up.
They should of messed up the paintwork and broke the glass to make it truely believable though.

Some drivers perform SPAD's, which leads to serious accidents, such as the Harrow and Wealdstone crash (At least I think that was due to a SPAD...)

MTA, if you are going to talk in train drivers language can you translate it for people who have no idea what an SPAD is

To be fair not all SPADs are drivers faults.
I know of one inccident at Edinburgh station where drivers had complained about a signal's visablity for ages and they wouldnt move it until they had a SPAD there and I know of other incidents where contractors have ben working on stations and set up scafolding that have obsured the signals.
