thats how i would have done it  if thats what you meant? |
I could do that but it would be easier for the last wick to bend as it would only be soldered to one end of the pipe and thats not how the original ones were built.
Trying to make it look original.

thats how i would have done it if thats what you meant? |

It would make more sense to do it your way MM but then it could be spotted a mine away as not original. Not that it really matters as I will probably be the only one that sees the burner anyways.
