They may fit the Merlin ones they are long gone out of business.
If you can't get a tank, switch to meths, in my opinion much better than gas. You get a much longer burn time, and more consistancy. _________________ Solid Fuel tablets explode

Ive had a look at the PPS ones they are the same as Forrest's. If you look at the pipe that comes off the PPS one it has a thread on it to conect to the pipe to the burner.
The pipe off the Merlin type 1 dosnt have a thread. It has a rubber type tube that is sealed against the outlet pipe from the tank by a metal clip. Can take a picture of mine if you dont know what I mean? |

You might have to buy the whole unit if you are that bothered about using gas..... _________________ Solid Fuel tablets explode

I guess what you could do is buy a tank and a pipe with fitting from Forest Steam, and either cut it and clip a gas hose on, or solder a union nut to your Merlin burner. _________________ Stands the glass half empty,

Theres a big show on by ours at Llanberris (spell?) going to have a look and see if anyone has got anything there. If not might have to be the big show at Leeds in a couple of weeks time. |
