Not the most glamorous of engines. This post 72 model has been languishing in my workshop for several years. Time it was returned to presentable and steamable condition.
It was mounted on a base with a lineshaft too. Just done the basics and took it apart. Drilled out the pop rivets for easier painting.
Is rough but easily doable, think I may really go to town on this engine as its quite common, so needs an extra special renovation. |

Should be good when its all finished Mike! ITs amazing how many little bits you end up with once you've taken an engine apart
Ive seen a lot worse anyway _________________ Solid Fuel tablets explode

Aye it mechanically sound, just need painting. The rivetter will come in handy for this one. |

Rivet guns are always good to have Mike you never know when you're going to buy another roller that needs the works . _________________ Solid Fuel tablets explode

Funny, Lewis.
It'll be great when you get it done, Mike. I like seeing all
the parts laid out like that...I should be so organized! _________________ -Chuck
