Stunning catch! How will you cook them?

I saw the carp ( more than twenty, all ove 15lbs ) frolicking in the shallows of the pond during my swim this morning. Mating season is upon us.

Don't I know it , I went fishing yesterday on my day off and caught nothing as they were otherwise engaged and not interested in saying hello to my bait

Hello Don't you know it is allways the biggest fish that goes away, It is the essence in any decent fishing story.

I went fly fishing last week. Caught five good fish. I brought home the first one and was pleased it was 2Kg. I always put them in the smoker. I also for the first time made trout caviar and it was delicious!
Your very well conditioned trout is most impressive. Maybe from the Elan Valley?
