Sorry bout the quality, its hard to take a steady video in my bumpy lots when your moving at warp speed! Oh, and if you want an idea of how loud it is turn up your speakers all the way. The tone of it sounds better in real life.
You might notice some "lag" when it is taking off. This is because of the performace camshaft in it that works in the 4,000rpm range on up.

Holy cow Casey, that kart really goes. I just don't see where the water or meths goes, but it gets some serious speed up.
Nice work, a nice break from steam now and then.
Wish you lived nearby, I have a B&S snowblower that runs poorly, sure could use your touch!
cheers,

Casey, not sure which kind of alcohol you were considering for fuel, but just yesterday I paid $14.50 USD for one US Gal. of denatured alcohol (meths) for steam engine fuel.
Maybe it's cheaper in bulk, but that was the price at Lowes Home Improvement store. Even with gasolene at $2.75 USD per US Gal., I can do the math...stick with gas!!!
cheers,

Casey, you must have very understanding neighbours, to not mind you roaring around the grass near their houses
Great fun though _________________ Make time to take a step back, and appreciate what you already have. |

Roger,
the alcohol i'm considering is the same type of alcohol they use in the drag/funny cars.
The Green house you see on one side of the lot is the little house we bought for my grandmother and she doesnt mind
Other neighbors that arent related to me..... well lets just say i'm
lucky they arent shooting at me, sending their pit bulls after me (not worry bout that though me kart is faster ), or wanting me to use this vehicle as a speedy transportation of illegal substances around town. I live in the "hood"
