Video of my trams first run on tracks. Improvised fuel tank set-up
made it a bit tippy so I slowed it down. I plan to make a tender.
After some trouble with my burner I got it going.

Thanks;

Watched for about a minute.  It goes along nicely.  Good work on the tram!

I also think it runs great especially judging from how easily it takes the sharp radius of the track layout, this engine will glide on straight track. Well done.

The improvised tank looks good to me, if you put some balsa or other wood strips on it , it will look like a reserve water tank.

The only thing i would have liked to see was if it could go much slower which will look very to scale.

That runs very nicely. I agree about making the tank look like a water butt, and maybe it would look nice to have a bit of a barrier at either end above each buffer beam. A real one would have something like that to hang lanterns on and stop the crew from falling off!

Yes, I thought I would put  coal bin on the side the tank was on.
but on the other end I was concerned about access to the engine
and oiler. The fuel tank was meant to be only a temporary fix. I was
thinking of making a smaller, oval shaped one held in place with
a magnet.

Thanks;

Well, whatever you wind up doing, it's a nice clean-looking little engine. I love the roof.

I've always thought using magnets for sticking things was a clever idea. Even though we don't really understand what makes them stick together, they sure are handy!

Looks brilliant! I agree with Keith regarding the water tank idea. Looking forward to the finished product regardless!
